Southbank Centre Market

The Southbank Centre Market is located just around the Southbank Centre along the Thames. It comprises of a Food Market, which is next to the Southbank Centre and a Book Market, located just under Waterloo Bridge.

The Food Market offers a wide variety of cuisines, with 40 stalls selling fresh bread, burgers, sandwiches, cheeses, desserts, craft beer, juices and coffee.

The Book Market features a great selection of second-hand paperback and hardcover books of different genres ranging from graphic novels to the classics. Antique selections can also be found within the market.

Should you be able to visit during December, you will get to enjoy lots of Cider and mulled wine at the Christmas Market and festive street performances along the Thames. Tourists are advised to take special care of personal belongings as it can be a very crowded touristy area.
