Holland Park

Holland Park spans 50 acres and includes playgrounds, sports areas and is filled with wildlife. Holland Park is also home to the Kyoto Gardens, which was donated by the Chamber of Commerce in 1991 as to celebrate the Japan Festival in London in 1992. The Kyoto gardens are very popular with tourists and are home to Koi Carps and peacocks. To avoid crowds, it is best to arrive early to fully take in the peacefulness of the gardens.

During the summer time, the park holds special events such as open-air show and operas which can be enjoyed by all. The park is open daily from 7:30 AM and 30 minutes before dusk, which will alternate between the seasons.

You can access this area via the Central line, getting off at Holland Park, it is also close to Notting Hill, so you can spend your day browsing through the markets and strolling through the park.
