The Royal Albert Hall is famous for the Promenade Concerts, whilst the O2 Arena and Wembley Stadium have played host to some of the biggest names in the world of popular music. For lovers of opera the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden is home to both the Royal Opera and the Royal Ballet.
For something more unusual Londoners can sample a variety of acts at one of the cabaret shows at places like the Soho Revue Bar including anything from magicians to on the fringe comedians and even burlesque.
